10. Refunds & Others

We strongly recommend you that confirm your orders by telephone and once confirmed order is under execution it shall not be refunded for advance payments , we normally take 70 – 100 % advance on orders .

Changes on orders can be made with mutual consent .

Late payments on due invoices may incure a penalty of 10% additional on every week biases.

Please get a quote before order otherwise you cannot argue charges.
