2. Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@zelta.pk and send your item to the supplier’s address provided by our customer service team.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all our products.
- Return Shipping Costs: If you return an item due to a complaint, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item directly to the supplier. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
